Manchurian Provinces. Dollar Year 33 (1907) MS62 PCGS, Fengtien mint, L&M-487, Kann-255, KM-Y212. Obv. Above, in Chinese, meaning, "Made in the three Eastern Provinces." Below is the weight in Chinese, and in the center, within a ring, is the usual four Chinese, and four Manchu, characters, Rev. Dragon, with, " 33rd Year of Kuang Hsu," above, and "Manchurian Provinces," below. The "Manchurian Provinces" consisted of Fengtien, Kirin, and Heilungkiang, with Fengtien and Kirin producing numerous issues, but Heillugkiang only having a few patterns produced at a German mint, probably in the early 1900's. Quite a few Manchurian Provinces issues were produced by the Fengtien mint, with the initial 1907 series being very scarce to extremely rare,
