An important 20th century Italian issue with significant prooflike reflectivity sitting in the fields and razor-like sharpness intricately detailing Vittorio Emanuele's hair and the reverse eagle's feathers. In terms of marks, much better than the typical representative with only a light smattering of the contact marks that almost always accompany this issue.
