Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian right / Gordian standing left, togate, sacrificing from patera over lighted tripod and holding parazonium. RIC IV 271. Brown patina. Flan crack at 9:00, otherwise a pleasing piece struck on a broad, round flan. NGC Choice XF 4/5 -4/5.
