Alexander II 25 Kopecks 1860 CПБ-ФБ MS63 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Bitkin-134, KM-Y23. Superbly struck, with full, bright luster and a touch of golden patina. The reverse has nicely mirrored fields and both sides exhibit a few minor contact marks. A very nice example of the type.
