UMAYYAD: 'Abd al-Malik, 685-705, AR dirham (2.65g), Marw, AH84, A-126A, Klat-586f-var, mint name repeated in Pahlavi below obverse field, with vertical line and circle to left, final digit of date without initial letter alif, EF, RRR. It seems that the engraver confused thalath for "three" with arba' for "four", omitting alif and engraving the final letter of arba'a more like the final "th" for thalath than the proper "h" for the masculine arba'a. Apparently unpublished and extremely rare.
Estimate: 800- 1,000 USD
