KOLHAPUR: AR ½ rupee (5.49g), A'zamnagar Gokak, ND, Cr-15, in the name of the long deceased Mughal emperor Muhammad Shah (1719-1748), but struck circa 1850, nice VF, R. The mint name is pseudo, but the dies so large that it is rarely ligible on the actual coins, even the full rupee. The coins were actually struck locally at Kolhapur.
