PONTOS, Amisos (as Peiraios). Circa 435-370 BC. AR Siglos (16mm, 5.45 g, 2h). Dian–, magistrate. Head of Hera left, wearing ornate stephanos / Owl, with wings spread, standing facing on shield; hippocamp to left, sword-in-sheath to right, ΔI-AN across lower field. Malloy 1aq–as var. (with symbol); HGC 7, 229. VF, toned, a few scratches, die break on reverse.
