Confronted busts of Caracalla right and [Geta] left, both laureate, draped, and cuirassed; c/m: laureate and draped bust right within circular incuse / Hekate standing left, holding patera and torch; to left, hound standing left, head right. SNG von Aulock 2686 var. (arrangement of rev. legend; same obv. die); SNG Copenhagen 512 (same obv. die); for c/m: Howgego 84. VF, grayish-green patina.

The portrait of Geta has been removed as part of the damnatio memoriae following his murder in AD 212.
