Constantius II. AD 337-361. AV Solidus (21mm, 4.35 g, 6h). Rome mint, 2nd officina. Struck AD 355-357. Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield / Roma seated facing and Constantinopolis, resting right foot on prow, seated left, each holding scepter and supporting between them a shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; (palm)RSMB(palm). RIC VIII 291 (R2); Depeyrot 13/1. VF, slight wave in flan, small flaws on obverse. Rare.
