THESSALY, Thessalian League. Mid-late 2nd century BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 3.90 g, 3h). Poly–, magistrate. Helmeted head of Athena right; [uncertain monogram to left] / ΘEΣ ΣAΛΩN, bridled horse trotting right; monogram below. Cf. BCD Thessaly II 814-5 (uncertain monogram on obv.). Good VF, minor porosity, light scrape on horse.
