Honduras (struck in Paris), proof copper 1/2 real pattern, 1871-A (BARRE), encapsulated PF 65 RB, finest and only specimen in NGC census, ex-Richard Stuart (as stated inside slab). KM-unl. Nice luster with purplish toning on details, presumably rare since the regular issue in copper-nickel is a key date. NGC #4427714-006. Pedigreed to the Richard Stuart collection.
