A note from BCD: The very last leaf of this specially bound volume says it all: Two collections bound together and enriched by a three-page letter signed by Adrien de Longpérier himself. In spite of the foxing, the five plates of etchings are not only works of art but very useful as they accurately depict some very rare coins.
