A note from BCD: 117 lots in the middle of the catalogue constitute "An Interesting Collection of Greek Coins" but the claim of the auctioneer that many are in exceptionally fine condition would not stand today. A few perhaps yes, but not many. Lot 1354, the Melos hemidrachm by Caprara (Kinns 87) appears to have remained unsold.
