Ecuador: 20 Sucres 1923 Specimen P. S129s with red "Specimen" overprint at left, 2 cancellation holes and zero serial number. A rare note of which are only little quantities on the market. This one shows great embossing, crisp paper and bright colors. Condition: UNC.
