Great Britain, WW2. Forgery. 50 pounds 1933. So called "Bernard forgery", here in perfect condition. These forgeries were ordered by direct order of Adolf Hitler, and produced in the concentration camp Oranienburg-Sachsenhausen, under the leadership of SS Sturmbannführer Bernhard Krüger, in order to weaken the Pound. At the end of the war, the still existing stock was sunk in the Topltzsee, Austria, by the retreating SS troops, on the run from the Americans. Certificate Pieles in which the authenticity and very good condition is confirmed. A rare historical document from the German Nazi period! UNC
