Szechuan-Shensi Soviet. Communist Dollar ND (1934) MS62 NGC, KM-Y513, L&M-890A, Kann-808a, WS-1342. Large Stars variety. An stunning survivor of this elusive and short-lived issue, preserved far better than is typical of the type with eye-appeal surpassing that of the assigned grade. Essentially free of visible marks, both sides display delicate silvery-gray color, with noticeable texture in the fields providing sparkling luster to the surfaces. Perhaps most impressive however is the strike that renders each detail fully executed. Very rare quality overall and a strong candidate for the finest survivor of this iconic type; fully deserving of strong bidder competition!
