SPAIN. Emporion. Circa 470-460 BC. Tetartemorion (Silver, 8 mm, 0.29 g). Head of a ram to right. Rev. Incuse square quartered by pelleted lines; in each quarter, a raised section emanating from each side of the square. Auriol -, cf. Group Qf (Hemiobols). LT -, cf. 376 (Hemiobol). Maurel 199. A nicely toned and sharply struck example. Slightly porous, otherwise, about extremely fine.
