CELTIC, Northwest Gaul. Abrincatui. Circa 60-50 BC. Stater (Billon, 20 mm, 6.47 g, 6 h), 'au profil luniforme - à la joue ornée' type. Celticized head of Apollo to right with three annulets on cheek. Rev. Devolved and disjointed horseman to right; behind horseman, uncertain ornament; below horse, lyre between two radiant suns. DT 2275. LT J12. SLM -. A beautifully toned piece of lovely disjointed style. The obverse a bit weak, otherwise, good very fine.
