CELTIC, Northeast Gaul. Suessiones (?). Circa 50-30 BC. Cast unit (Potin, 17 mm, 5.03 g, 3 h). Male head to left with long strands of hair; before, three pellets. Rev. Horse prancing right; above, floral ornament; below, X. DT 684. LT 9924. SLM -. A sharp and clear cast with an attractive black patina. Nearly extremely fine.
