D N ANASTA-SIVS P P AVG Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Anastasius I to right. Rev. VICTOΩIA AVGVSTRRV / CONOB Victory advancing right, head to left, holding wreath in her right hand and globus cruciger in her left; in field to right, star. Cf. DOC 10a, MIB 12 and SB 8 (for prototype). A lovely imitation with a particularly charming rendering of Victory on the reverse. Some die rust and with some flatness on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
