GOVERNORS OF SIND: Mansur (b. Jumhur al-Kalbi), ca. 747-752, AR damma (0.42g), A-4508, Fishman-CS9, obverse just la ilah illa Allah in tall letters, reverse bism Allah / mansur, a lovely example! VF to EF, RRR. An important servant of the Umayyads, Mansur b. Jumhur is well attested, and was even briefly governor of Iraq in AH126 (743-744). His full name "mansur bin jumhur" appears on Umayyad fulus of the Zaranj mint in Sistan.
