ABBASID: AE fals (3.38g), NM, ND, A-338Q, Nastich-24, in the name of Hâshim [al-Muqanna] as the inheritor of the Abbasid revolution from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Muslim, with the reverse legend mimma amara bihi / hâshim wasiyy / abi muslim, and amara Allah / bi'l-wafâ wa / al-'adl on the obverse, nice Fine, RRR. Hisham al-Muqanna' was a Persian rebel after 755, who claimed the caliphate and later tried to overthrow the ruling Arabs, but failed, was imprisoned and committed suicide by poison at Kish in Central Asia ca. 783.
