Hemiassarion (Bronze, 18 mm, 4.07 g, 6 h), struck in the name of Julia Zenonis, possibly the wife of the magistrate Euergetes Julius Andronicus, circa 62(?). ΛΑΟΔΙ-ΚΗΑ (sic) Turreted and draped bust of Tyche of Laodikeia to right. Rev. IOYΛΙΑ ΖΗΝΩΝΙΣ Aphrodite, wearing long chiton and peplos, standing facing, head to right, holding sceptre in her right hand, and dove in her left. BMC 92. RPC 2925. SNG von Aulock 3811. Dark brown patina. Very fine.
