Head of youthful Herakles to right, wearing lion's skin headdress. Rev. AΛEΞANΔPOY Zeus seated to left on high-backed throne, holding eagle in his outstretched right hand and long scepter in his left; to left, under Zeus' arm, 2 monograms (HAP, PE); below, oenochoe to right beneath vine wreath. Price 1686. SNG Saroglos 428. Elegant, well-centered on a broad flan, nicely toned. About extremely fine.
