THESSALY. Rhizos. Circa 352-344 BC. Trichalkon (Bronze, 21 mm, 6.44 g, 4 h). Laureate head of Zeus to right. Rev. ΡΙΖΟΥΣΙ[ΩΝ] Vine branch with bunch of grapes and two leaves; above grapes and below branch to left, small Λ. BCD I, 1329. Rogers 537. Very rare. Very well struck in high relief, of lovely style and with a brown patina. Extremely fine.
