BOEOTIA. Thebes. Circa 425-400 BC. Stater (Silver, 20.5 mm, 12.24 g). Boeotian shield. Rev. Θ Ε Amphora with fluted decoration on the shoulder; hanging from the right handle, ivy leaf; above, club. BMC 95-96. BCD 400. A beautifully toned and very attractive coin. Struck on a tight flan, otherwise, very fine.
