AVT K M / ANTΩNIOC [ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝ]ΟC AVΓ Confronted busts of Gordian III to right, laureate, draped, and cuirassed and Serapis to left, wearing kalathos and draped. Rev. ΔΙΟΝΥCO-ΠΟΛΕΙΤΩN Dionysos standing facing, head to left, holding kantharos with his extended right hand and long filleted thyrsos in his left; at his feet to left, panther to left, his head turned backwards to face Dionysos; in right field, E (denomination mark). AMNG I/1 391. Varbanov 543. Green patina. Obverse slightly off-center, minor porosity and light deposits, otherwise, very fine.
