AVT K M AVPH ANTΩNEINOC Laureate, draped and cuirassed heroic bust of Caracalla to left, holding in right hand spear, and in left, shield. Rev. OΛΠIAC ΠΑVΤΑΛΙΑC Apollo standing facing, head to left, holding patera in his right hand and bunch of grapes in his left. Cf. Varbanov 4981-2 (obv. legend). Green patina. Fine.
