Head of Athena to left, wearing earring, pearl necklace and a crested Attic helmet adorned with a long tendril, and with raised cheek pieces; behind neck, Α. Rev. Φ-Α-Ρ-ΣΑ (retrograde) Horse's head to right. BCD Thessaly II 658 corr (same dies). Lavva 160 a corr., O74/R92. Toned. Very fine.
Lavva notes reverse die R93 for this issue, but a close inspection of the plate reveals it to be R92.
