Varbanov 3513. Brown patina and nicely centered and a large flan. Attractive and unusual with a presence of two snakes on the reverse. Very fine.
The initials D D stand for "Decreto Decurionum", which testifies that the mintage of the coinage was authorized by a relative decree of the Senate of Dium.
