ΑΛEΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ Head of Alexander the Great as youthful Herakles, to right, wearing lion's skin headdress. Rev. [KOINON] ΜΑΚEΔΟΝΩΝ Β ΝΕΩ Alexander the Great, with his mantle floating backwards, riding Bucephalas to left, holding two spears with his left hand, and with a third held in his right hand, is ready to stike a lion running to left below Bucephalas and turns his face upwards to face Alexander; Bucephalas head is turned to right, facing.
