KINGS of BACTRIA. Eukratides I. ca. 171-145 BC. Silver Drachm (4.28 gm; 21 mm). Diademed and draped bust of Eukratides I right / BASILEWS MEGALOU EUKRAT-IDOU, the Dioskouroi riding on horses rearing right, holding palms and spears, monogram on right field. Cf. Bopearachchi Série 6X; Cf. SNG ANS 472. Lovely elegant style. Sharply struck on a nice broad flan. Complete wreath. Choice Superb. Lightly toned. Very rare in this nice condition.
