Same obverse as Marinescu, Cius, Issues V and VI, obverse B, pp. 213-214, but here coupled with a different control monogram combination which is possibly unpublished. Marinescu ("The Lysimachi Coinage of Cius, Bithynia" in D. Boteva, ed., Ex nummis lux: Studies in Ancient Numismatics in Honor of Dimitar Draganov (Sofia, 2017)) noted a close association of these emissions to Cius, and suggested they are from an uncertain mint in Bithynia.
