Kuang-hsü 5 Cash CD 1907 AU58 PCGS, KM-Y9.1, CL-HB.29, Duan-2475, Hsu (Copper)-511, HNS-2105. A most challenging minor issue, generally encountered only in inferior condition, with Zhou and Li assigning it one of the highest catalog values of any copper denomination minted in this cyclical year. Showing some very minor deposits in the recesses, evidence of handling and friction appear extremely minor on the whole. Though quite different in overall certification, the only "similar" example we can direct the prospective bidder's attention to is an MS64 Brown, which brought around $4400 in a 2011 Hong Kong sale. Not in the Q. David Bowers Collection.
