Fine. The first and only auction sale conducted by Virgil Brand's coin firm, managed by Ted Leon. In his biography of Brand, Q. David Bowers calls this catalogue "one of the scarcest pieces of numismatic ephemera from the era." Widely held to have been catalogued by Brand himself. This copy is essentially as new.
