From the GK Collection (France) of Russian Coins.
This rare rouble is not listed in Bitkin's monumental work, as those coins minted under Constantine Butenev (initials KB) should apparently show a smaller crown between the end of the wreath than those issued under Pavel Alekseev (initials ПA). However, the reverse of the present coin appears to have a crown of the same size as that of the illustration Bitkin provides for comparison.
