Tiberius, AD 14-37. AV aureus (19,5 mm; 7,63 g). Lugdunum (Lyon) mint, struck AD 15-18. Laureate head right / Livia, as Pax, seated right on chair with plain legs, holding olive branch and resting on grounded scepter, feet on footstool. A wonderfully struck and well preserved specimen of this early variant of Tiberius' signature type.
